Verify the zone setpoint
Check the current setpoint on the control panel. For most red wines the correct value is 55–58°F and for white wines 45–50°F. If the setpoint has been changed to an unusually low value, reset it to the appropriate target.
Some KitchenAid wine cellars have a child lock feature — engage it after setting the target temperature to prevent accidental changes.

Transfer temperature-sensitive bottles if LO persists
