Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
E1 Induction Inverter Overload Medium A zone running at boost or maximum power suddenly stops heating, displays E1, and refuses to restart until the cooktop has cooled or been reset. View F1 E0 Control Board EEPROM Fail High No element responds to power-level inputs, and the display continuously shows the F1 E0 message even after clearing attempts. View F2 E0 Stuck Touch Control Key Medium Pads no longer register taps — touching power-level or burner-select buttons produces no response and no audible confirmation tone. View F3 E0 Element Sensor Open High The affected burner accepts touch input and shows a selected power level, but no heat is produced and the element indicator light may flash. View F3 E2 Surface Temperature Too High High An element running at a high power level suddenly stops heating and F3 E2 appears on the display. The cooling fan may run for several minutes afterward to dissipate accumulated heat. View F5 E0 Pan Detection Fault Medium Selecting a power level on an induction zone produces a short beep sequence and the F5 E0 display rather than normal heating operation. View F6 E0 Communication Loss Medium Active cooking sessions are interrupted as the user interface stops receiving updates from the main board, often followed by the F6 E0 code appearing a few seconds later. View F7 E0 Element Relay Stuck High The affected element keeps producing heat even though the touch panel shows the burner as off, and the hot-surface indicator stays on far longer than normal. View F9 E0 Cooling Fan Fault Medium All burners are locked out and attempting to activate any zone produces F9 E0 on the display immediately rather than the usual heat-up sequence. View L Child Lock Active Low Touching any burner select or power-up pad produces a short beep but no heating action, with the letter L appearing on the main display. View PF Power Failure Notification Low The panel shows PF the moment electricity returns, indicating the cooktop registered an outage during active or standby operation. View
