Listen for the diverter during the wash stage
Start a Normal cycle and listen carefully in the first few minutes of the main wash. A healthy diverter produces a soft, periodic click every 60–90 seconds as it changes zones. No clicking at all means the motor or disk is not moving.
Hold a glass to the door or kneel near the toe panel to hear the click clearly over ambient kitchen noise.
