Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
CF Condenser Fan Fault High The compressor is audibly running but the freezer is not getting colder — without condenser airflow the system cannot reject the heat it is trying to pump out of the cabinet. View DF Defrost Cycle Fault Medium Looking into the cold air outlets at the rear of the compartment shows a buildup of frost or solid ice that should not be there during normal operation. View E1 Freezer Temperature Too Warm High Food items feel soft to firm rather than solidly frozen, and ice cream or delicate items may be fully liquid. The freezer has not maintained setpoint for many hours. View EF Evaporator Fan Fault High The compressor runs but cold air is not reaching the cabinet, so temperature climbs steadily upward even during active cooling cycles. View F1 Main Control Board Error High The display continuously shows F1 and the compressor does not cycle on even when interior temperature is above setpoint — cooling has stopped entirely. View OP Door Left Open Low The freezer emits a loud repeating chime or beep pattern that does not stop until the door is properly closed. View PF Power Failure Detected Low Ice cubes or sheet ice are fused together in clumps, indicating the freezer warmed enough during the outage to partially melt the surface before refreezing once power returned. View SY Temperature Sensor Fault Medium The current temperature reading fluctuates wildly, shows the same value constantly regardless of real conditions, or displays an obviously impossible value like 999 or ---.
